Jam? Marmalade? Honey? Very charming and delicate preserve pot by the famous Britsh designer Clarice Cliff. This piece is in the popular Celtic Harvest pattern.

The paint strokes are clearly defined in rich hand-applied colours. This piece is beautiful and has a touch of the kitsch eccentric about it. Many of these preserve pots have long since parted company with their original spoons - not this one!

The pot is in very good condition, just some light crazing/ aged colouring. It was made in the 1930s. Clarice's designers mark on the base 'Celtic Harvest by Clarice Cliff'. Affordable piece of real British design history that will display very well. SO collectable!
